Who is the course aimed at?
New or junior counter sales of irrigation businesses, or any other person who needs to become familiar with theequipment used in irrigation systems, their function, installation, operation and how to select pumps
Which skills will the learner acquire during the course?
- Identifying the different system components commonly used in irrigation systems – pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, emitters and filters.
- Understanding the functions of the different system
- Understanding the basic operational principles of the different system
- Understanding basic installation, maintenance practices applicable to the different system components, pump basics and pump hydraulics.
- Be able to do own basic pump selection

5 days, Monday to Friday. *Starting Monday 8am
